Who makes the products?

Every NTA piece is produced in small batches with our manufacturing partner in Los Angeles. Ethical, local production has always been a priority for us — that hasn't changed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I do offer international shipping. If it isn’t allowing you to checkout, let me know so I can make sure your country is added to my list.

How long does it take for my order to get sent out?

Orders ship within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way. Once shipped, delivery is typically 2–4 days within the US and 2–4 weeks internationally.

What is deadstock fabric?

Deadstock fabric is leftover material from larger fashion manufacturers — fabric that would otherwise go to waste. We source it intentionally to keep usable textiles out of landfills and give them a second life. Every NTA piece is made from deadstock, which also means each run is truly limited — once the fabric is gone, it's gone.

What is the return policy?

If you are unhappy with how an item turned out or unhappy with the way it looks on you, please email me at natalia@nataliatrevinoamaro.com to discuss further details on how to return the item. You will get a full refund if it’s within 10 days of receiving the item. If you contact me after 10 days, we will discuss and see what we can do.

This does not apply to custom orders - they are NOT refundable, but we can work through any dissatisfactions at no extra cost. DIGITAL ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

That's on us and we'll make it right immediately. Email natalia@nataliatrevinoamaro.com with your order number and a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Do you have a buy-back program?

As time goes on, sometimes we fall out of love with a piece of clothing, grow out of it, or simply need something new. In an effort to be as circular as possible, I will gladly accept any NTA products back in return for a gift card to my shop (price will vary depending on the item). Email me at natalia@nataliatrevinoamaro.com to discuss further details. Shipping costs will be covered by me.

Do you do events or pop-ups?

Yes! We love showing up IRL. Check our Events page for upcoming pop-ups and appearances. If you want to be the first to hear about new events, join our email list — we always notify subscribers first.
