Who makes the products?

With ethical production being a priority, I make every item in my shop in my own home studio.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I do offer international shipping. If it isn’t allowing you to checkout, let me know so I can make sure your country is added to my list.

How long does it take for my order to get made and sent out?

If you order an article of clothing, it will usually take 1-2 weeks to produce and be shipped out. Accessories are pre-made and will be shipped out 1-3 days after placing your order. You will receive a tracking email when your order has been sent out. Once it is shipped, it usually takes 2-4 days within the US and anywhere from 2-4 weeks if it’s international.

Can I customize the length of an item?

Yes, since every item is made to order, you can request customization of length - whether that be shorter or longer.

Do you make plus size clothing?

Yes, since every item is made to order, it can be made to any size - whether that be smaller than my standard XXS or larger than my standard XXL.

Can I send my measurements after ordering?

Yes, you can send in your measurements after ordering if you need to.

What is the return policy?

If you are unhappy with how an item turned out or unhappy with the way it looks on you, please email me at nataliatrevinoamaro@gmail.com to discuss further details on how to return the item. You will get a full refund if it’s within 10 days of receiving the item. If you contact me after 10 days, we will discuss and see what we can do.

Do you have a buy-back program?

As time goes on, sometimes we fall out of love with a piece of clothing, grow out of it, or simply need something new. In an effort to be as circular as possible, I will gladly accept any NTA products back in return for a gift card to my shop (price will vary depending on the item).
